The lady at the desk was very helpful, providing us with useful information about car parking in Kota Kinabalu and other helpful tips. She also took extra time and set up the phone parking app for us. We were also assisted by a very helpful young man named Carlo, who was quick to inspect the car during drop-off. Both pick-up and drop-off were literally just 20 or 30 meters away from the Europcar kiosk inside the arrivals area. For added peace of mind during the rental, we were given a WhatsApp number to stay in touch with them for any needs.
