Despite the traffic and crowds at Cebu airport it s easily located from the domestic exit. There is a staff member stationed there from Enterprise Rent-a-car and will ask you if you rented a car, in our case we rented a car from Alamo. The staff members are really helpful and friendly, they answer quickly at Whatsapp.
