GAMA (Econo Renta A Car) staff were great. Llana was very patient when our flight got delayed/cancelled and held our reservation for 12 hours until we could get the next flight to Calama. When there was a problem with the windscreen wipers they said I could buy new ones and they would refund me the cost of replacements

Easy car to drive. Pick up was pretty fast. They just had one person doing everything ... the paperwork, then taking you to car, doing inspection, getting you an exit ticket etc. She s was in a hurry, because other people were waiting. She was nice though.

Medewerkers zijn super behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De auto is in goede staat en de overdracht was makkelijk. Voor een kleine auto worden er maar ~500€ op de kredietcard geblokkeerd. Ze proberen je geen extra spullen of verzekeringen te verkopen zoals dat bij andere bedrijven vaak het geval is én je kan het bedrag voor de auto ook met debit card betalen. Over het algemeen een heel positieve ervaring.
