The staff were excellent, on the return there was damage on the car which had not been spotted when I collected, they checked the paper work from the previous hire which showed the damage was already there and signed the paperwork off. Excellent service, very trustworthy.

Whilst our flight was late and we were worried you would be closed, your staff member was waiting to deal with a number of customers. When the people in front were awkward over their booking your staff member eventually made them sit aside whist she dealt with us and others. this was well handled and she did an excellent job.
