I have had some awful experiences with customer service teams when hiring a car. The Alamo team were helpful, courteous and made what can be a stressful part of a holiday, feel at ease.

Friendly Staff, swift paperwok handling, closes at 11pm but was able to make it last minute, you just have to know to get to the their office at rental parking lot outside, the office inside was closed already before 11pm.
