Overall, the car rental experience was great. The process was quick, and I was even given a car one class higher than what I originally ordered. The car was in excellent condition, and the entire trip was smooth. The only minor inconvenience was that the rental documents mentioned the company Frizze, but the actual car pickup was through Sixt, which wasn| t clearly stated. Once I figured that out, everything went perfectly.
Great experience! The car was in greta shape, almost new, price was good and service and pretty fast. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Autonóm is the best car rental company in Hungary. The staff are szuper friendly and helpful! Viktor and Tomi excellent customer service!! They come and Pick you up on the airport with the car what you get. So no extra trouble with lauggeges (no in and out from transfer bus), and if you traveling with kids this make it super easy and smooth. Great value for money. And again big shout out for staff who is very friendly and helpful.
Booked car was available for pickup, but the in-car GPS required subscription which was not provided so I was forced to downgrade to a lesser car.
It was a very nice experience with this car rental service. I was struggling to find a car rental for two weeks which allows us to use car across Europe. This company offers this with a very competitive price. The only confusion was name of company Flizzr does not exist in Budapest but managed by Sixt company.
Apart from a small misunderstanding on how to get to the agency, everything else is commendable. The staff is friendly and fast, and I particularly liked the simplicity of the implementation.
On return i forgot car documents at home, but the receiving inspector was very kind and helpful, and told that if we return until X day the missing documents, we will not be penalized. This guy was really friendly and helpful! very rare in hungary!
