I took photos of the car exterior on the pick up lot, because there were scratches on it. I sent them to the rental company just in case that they would blame me for them. In spite of this, the ""statement of return"" is blaming me for the scratches. How can I be satisfied with the service, if I have to deal with this after my vacation!!!!

This company is always excellent. They are waiting in the car park with the car, and just fill out the paperwork there and then. Drop off is quick and simple. Highly recommend and will be booking again next year.
Shuttle bus ready and waiting. Only took ten minutes to get to recordgo depot. Quick checking process and we were on our way within 10 minutes. The car was very clean and modern. It was a DR 4.0, very spacious, a reversing camera, air con. If I could mark it down on anything it was underpowered, but keep the revs up and it was no bother really. Drop off very easy, just drive in, sign out and jump on the shuttle bus. Deposit for the fuel refunded next day. Highly recommended.
Goldcar have always been good for me - altho they get some negative publicity if you accept their policies they can be very good.
