Compact Car Rental in Dubai

The car was good, I toke more than 30 min on the counter because number of staff there is less than customers, I payed for comprehensive insurance through online and they charged me again in the counter, blocking amount from my bank account was not mentioned in the online process and till now I haven’t received my money back.

Checkout was handled nicely, but the supervisor sitting behind the person helping us, and effectivly doing nothing other than watching, was really weird. The supervisor should at least have a badge on explaining why she was there.
