Great experience! We arrived in Phoenix late at night, so they didn’t have any more compact cars. We were able to get a free upgrade! Just make sure you understand that YOU SHOULD NOT PAY ANYTHING AT THE DESK! A lot of people make the mistake of paying more at the rental desk, but kindly turn down their offers and insurance.

Overall the car and the company (NÜ) was alright. The car was in good condition and clean. It was easy to pick up and return. There are good signs to the shuttle from the car rental center in the airport.
