I have always Loved Thrifty. I am Thrifty so I always go with the lowest price car when looking on the internet. I often get a Thrifty car. Unfortunately all rental car companies are very expensive right now so I had to say poor to that question. One thousand dollars for 16 days, ouch!!. The attendant at the desk was super sweet with a great personality. Thrifty seems to hand pick their employees. I have always had good customer service with Thrifty. Not so much (friendliness) when I am deferred to other rental companies when they end up being the cheapest
The staff was amazing! I had an issue with the first car they gave me, but they quickly switched out the car and got me on my way. The pickup and return process was smooth and efficient.
Randy at Thrifty, who checked me in when I returned the car, provided great customer service. He was professional, yet friendly and attentive. What a great way to end a rental experience!
