I want to leave a glowing review for two of your employees: Jaime A Nazario and Sam B. They were able to turn a really negative and challenging situation that I had with Thrifty into a positive one. As I will mention below I was overcharged for an upgrade without my consent and also charged additional fees without me even knowing about them. Those two gentlemen were able to deal with the negative charges and reverse them!
