      I do a lot of car rentals and most of them are incredibly painful. I was so grateful that the representative at the rental counter (who was a GREAT GUY -- funny and easy-going) did not try to upsell me, upgrade the car, charge extra for insurance or toll coverage or gas fillup. Just the rental as I had reserved.
