Convertible Car Rental in Las Vegas

I had originally booked with Expedia, only to arrive in Vegas and find out they didnt have a car for me unless i wanted to wait 4 hours, and pay more money. So I cancelled with them and booked a regular convertible with economy booking. Upon the inspection of the car we noticed a hole in the grill! Turned out that was the last regular convertible, so I`m thinking, ""oh no, here we go again"". Instead, they were super apologetic, and upgraded me to a BMW Convertible 320i free of charge!!! They were super friendly, and accommodating in every way.

Everything turned out pretty decent but I was warned against buying the third party Insurance because they were trying to sell me insurance at the rental car counter too and said that some of those third parties are hard to cover if something goes wrong and a lot of times they try to avoid paying
