The on line booking was straightforward and the price very competitive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The car was brand new and therefore immaculate. It was also an upgrade from the basic car we booked which was a very pleasant surprise. the drop off was so straightforward, literally park in the car park bay at the drop off point, and hand over the keys. No paperwork to sort out. Very impressed.
