Economy Car Rental in Zadar

The car was new and clean. Our flight was delayed but we called and they waited for us at night. The price was much much better than what I found online at other companies. Overall great experience.

Great rental company gave me a bigger upgrade car. But unfortunately car wiper water for windscreen not working. But the rental company ""Reko Rent a car"" gave me another car the very next day delivered directly to our summer house. The support persons were reachable very quickly.

I had been unsure about someone meeting us at the airport with the car, but the lady| s English was great and she had great communication through WhatsApp. We had to wait about 10 minutes for her at pick up, but she kept us up to date via WhatsApp. We were taken straight to the car, it felt much more efficient than standing in a queue then searching for a car like normal. Drop off was done in minutes, she met us recently where she described.

Proceeded with such ease. Lovely car. Friendly helpful staff. All went smoothly. AVIA was the only company with 2 staff at their desk and others attending the cars. It definitely sped up the process which was nice given the heat at the time.
