Everything with the car rental went smoothly. The only aspect of the process to keep in mind is that you will have to walk outside of the terminal to the right, passing all of the major car rental places until you arrive by the sign for Boric/Ace rentals. Once you get there, they will have their employee waiting to shuttle you to the car rental office.
Everything about this car rental company went very well. The car was in great condition and ran well. It was clean and ready to go. The staff was very helpful and quick to get us on our way and very quick to receive the car and drop us off at the airport in only minutes of our return.
We had to wait quite a bit for a transfer from the airport to the rental office. Apart from that, everything else was pretty smooth. Our car was almost brand new, great ride, very happy with it. Daisy and another girl at the rental office and the shuttle driver were super helpful, nice and friendly. Car return was easy, and they sent us to the airport right away. If we make it to Curacao again (and we| d love to!), we will be sure to rent from Boric again and use Economy Bookings to get a great deal.
Extremely easy process. They picked us up from the airport and we got our car quickly. We dropped the car back off and they dropped us off at the airport.
Nice and friendly staff, easy pick up/drop off, without pushing any up sales. The clerk explained clear the risks and what insurance can be purchased and what type of gas to be used.
Tenía dudas después de leer comentarios con muy malas experiencias. Sin embargo, en mi caso no tengo queja alguna. El shuttle estaba allí cuando llegamos aunque el vuelo se retraso como de 20 minutos. EL carro fue exactemente el que renté, en buenas condiciones. El retorno del vehiculo sin contratiempos, y shuttle nos llevó de regreso al aeropuerto casi de inmediato. El deposito cargado a mi tarjeta ya fue devuelto en su totalidad. Por todo lo anterior, lo unico que puedo décir es que mi experiencia fue excelente. Gracias totales!!!
The reviews on google for this place would have frightened me. Thankfully I did not see them. Quite the opposite, my experience was terrific! The pick up spot was a bit difficult to find (past everything at the very end of the airport), but once we located it, we didn| t wait very long. I am grateful for Niziaty, who helped me out on 2 different occasions. She was warm, personable, professional -- a true star. But everyone I dealt with was wonderful. Car was clean, and got us everywhere we wanted to go. No complaints. Great team! Such wonderful people to start and end our trip. Thank you!
Boric is essentially ACE. There are alot of negative reviews out there, but I had no issue with my vehicle rental., Car was great and had no problems. It was apleassure to come and go as I pleased and the the whole of Curacao.
The car was older (144,000 km) but ran well and was very clean. Really all we were looking for on our vacation. I was pleasantly surprised to find it had Apple CarPlay and Android so we could use the GPS functionality.
Nice helpful staff, car not maintained as well as could be, windshield washer reservoir empty, car a little worn in terms of exterior paint and interior.
Staff was very helpful; pickup and drop off are very easy and quick. No surprise fees. Offsite location is not ideal but price made up for it.
