Very convenient downtown pick up and drop off at the airport was a breeze. The car was much nicer than I had expected and had navigation although we used our Apple Airplay. The car was comfortable for four adults and our luggage. It was perfect for what we needed.
Coming from the airport, we took the Airport Express bus which dropped us right in front of the SIXT office. the staff was very friendly and efficient, providing us great and quick service. the car was brand new and in excellent condition, and they nicely let us leave the car in their parking the time we went for lunch at no charge at all.

We received an upgrade to an SUV after initially buying king a smaller economy car. Staff were friendly and helpful though it took a bit to find europcar since they are located in a different building from other rental car agencies and it wasn’t mentioned on the airport signage, only at the building.
