Economy Car Rental in Guatemala

Unfortunately, I do not remember the agent’s name but she was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was an A+ and she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in the choices we were making for our rental agreement. Loved the attention she gave us as customers.

I chose to go with Right Cars in Guatemala City. I did not speak the native language but they were well prepared for this. Their response to my arrival was immediate; I don’t believe I waited 3 minutes before I was greeted after I phoned them, at the airport main entrance. I was amazed. The car was clean and well maintained. The rental charge was minimal, with unlimited mileage. I drove it for 6 days on less than 15 gallons of gas. It was comfortable for me, and 4 passengers. Drop off was just as easy and quick as the pick up, right at the airport covered lot, where you arrive at the airport main entrance. My cell phone did not function, even with international calling. My friends made the initial call for pick up, but I made arrangements with the representative to use Whatsapp for future contact. That was wise! It worked out well. When they needed to contact me, they looked me up with my USA number on record, contacted my local friends, to get my new local number, to contact me, for the upcoming drop off! Awesome service. When in Guatemala, I will stick with Right Cars. And, if I go elsewhere, I will return to Economy Bookings, to set up my car rental.
