After going through all reviews, we were ready to face unexpected mess. However, our experience was totally opposite to all the bad reviews. Surprice car representative was really hustle free and guided us in picking the car before pick up time which was really important in our case. Value for money. As per price we got a good condition car. All over experience was amazing.

Booked car quite late as was unsure about driving abroad, our flight to Podgorica Airport was delayed and we arrived to a very wet stormy night. Paval from Stella Cars was waiting to greet us, showed us round the car and explained everything in detail, he was very friendly and put us at ease. Car was exactly as described and very nice to drive. On returning car we were an hour early, I messaged Paval to let him know and he was there within 20mins, he spent time talking to us and asking about her holiday. Would not hesitate to book again and would recommend to others

I think I should have just gone directly to the airport and booked with them. That would have saved me paying the 3rd party booker and then you get insurance through the rental company so if you have to make a claim it would be much simpler.
