Mohamed picked me up from the airport and took me to their office to collect the car. It was the same on the return, he was waiting for me when I returned the car, smooth process, could not fault him. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.

Zezgo car rental had a very professional you man administrator the rental. The car was delivered to the airport carpark for pick up and the rental agreement and vehicle inspection taking place there. The agent was not pushy or trying to upsell additional products once he knew we had taken a full coverage policy. We shared vehicle damage/marks via WhatsApp on collecting the vehicle and upon return the same was done and the deposit released. It was a pleasant experiencex that was a nice suprise, I usually dislike renting from the smaller local agencies opting for the large multinational for ease, but on this occasion Zezgo proved to be equal or better.

Had heard a number of horror stories about car rentals in Morocco e.g. bald tyres, no jacks etc. Although the mileage was high our car was clean and generally in good condition. Yes there were a number of minor bumps but these were all recorded and shared with me via email - I didn| t have to take any pictures myself as the rental company shared there| s with me. This process was repeated on our return.
