Car was a hybrid with good performance and accessories. Easy access from and to Schipol. I booked a car at Rotterdam airport for return to Schipol but had a flight change. No problem changing my booking.

I have rented cars from Hertz in different countries several times before and I liked the performance and quality of the service. But, to tell the truth, this time the quality and service of Hertz at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, was excellent.
Really helpful and easy pick up and drop off experience. The car was clean and prepared for rental. The car was easy to drive with a range of features. All really positive.
Overall impression was positive but I did not get the car I booked. However, was offered an upgrade that did not suit my needs (a bigger car). So agreed to take a downgrade (manual transmission instead of automatic) which has then been fairly compensated by the rental company. This made it all positive
