Everything was great, especially the price. The only quibble was that one tire had to be pumped up before we left, by your staff. We had to reinflate it over the next 10 days. That car probably shouldn| t have gone out until the tire was fixed. We had to pay $2 to have the tire inflated.
I had the most amazing experience. I was traveling with my 1.5 year old son to San Juan to visit family and needed a car last minute. Zezgo had one car left and I booked it right away. The shuttle driver, Zezgo employee Brian tracked my flight and knew it was delayed. Upon calling for pickup, he was at arrivals within 5 minutes and helped me carry all of my bags/stroller and placed them in the shuttle. Checking in for the car was quick and easy and he even played with my son while I used the restroom. Brian gave me options for food close by and was such a light to a very stressful travel day for me. Can| t wait to come back!

Our rental company was great, they were professional and we had no bad pricing surprises at the end of the trip. The car was new and very comfortable.
They are fast at counter but when I returned it there was no space available in parking area and had to wait for a parking spot.

Very easy to book and pick up, with shuttles running directly from the airport to the car rental location off-site. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the car was great for our week on the island.
After reading some previous reviews I was worried that there would be a big price change at the counter, but the only thing I had to pay for was unlimited toll road passes which is reasonable, and that was not a requirement but something I opted to do.
