Car was brand new, pick-up took 2 minutes once we arrived on the shuttle; drop-off was also speedy and efficient.
The vehicle was not a late model year, who cares! We needed transportation and MEX provided it.
Used Economy Bookings and ACE Car Rental. The cars in St Maarten are definitely well used but we like that. They already have some wear. Cars are always reliable. We have never had a problem. I wish prices were a bit lower. It’s getting quite expensive as the years pass.

This company does not have a rental desk. I found the representative just outside the airport by the rental desk area. We walked across to the airport parking lot and found the car, did the paperwork, and were on our way. Return was similar - find the representative standing outside near the rental desk zone of the airport.
Very nice people and very helpful, we were on vacation and felt confused but these people helped us and we felt better after we left their office because they answered any questions we had about the area or how to get to our resort
