      Pickup point had been changed without advising us. Took 20 minutes to find approx half km from train depot. no signage advertising the new pickup point.

      We booked via EconomyBookings which contracted to GoldCar which is really EuropCar. We had separate excess insurance so didn| t take it and they were not too pushy. The staff were fair with us. I think others.
