We had an excellent experience from pick up to drop off. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Car was great to drive. Meet and greet worked great. The actual hire car company is less than 10 minutes drive from Dalaman Airport, next to a petrol station which is very convenient when you get there late at night. You can easily fill up the car and venture out … we will be back to do the same next year :)
Very quick pick up and drop off. Citroen C3 not new but drives very well. No issues, definitely recommended and will use again.
The car was almost new, clean, fuel efficient, everything was working properly. Staff was friendly and efficient. Location of the office is superb, the parking access was easy. Overall - very nice experience.
The team were excellent - there was a hard sell regarding insurance which, in the end, I agreed to. I| m glad I did as I hit a big rock in the road and had a puncture.
There was a bit of a mistake when making the reservation (possibly from my side) but the team was very quick to help with our situation. I guess I booked the reservation to the incorrect airport, even though I| m SURE I booked it to the correct one. I| m also certain that I booked an automatic but received a manual.

I found out all agencies located in the terminals are professional and care to build a business relations with the customer unlike Meet & Greet who mainly looks to the customer pocket for one time deal !!
I’ve been renting cars in Bodrum for about 10 years and wish car is somewhat better than any I have used before, for me this company has customers at the heart of its business. The first this I noticed about wish is their great value for money closely followed by their fuel policy which is full to full. I have used other companies that have a like for like policy! Which means usually the tank has nothing but enough fumes to get you to the very nearest petrol station! I see this as a way of capitalising on all customers left over fuel that they leave when handing the car back. The car I did end up with was a very pokey C3 which had no trouble with some of the extreme mountain hills I went round, and with 4 people this was still no issue. The one thing I would say especially if you’re not used to driving in Turkey would be to do what I did and get an auto. It’s just one less distraction….and Turkish roads already have enough of them. But once you get used to Turkish drivers and just let them do their own thing actually driving on the roads in Turkey is straight forward. …I will be using wish again in 2025
Communication via WhatsApp was fast and responsive. They all spoke English well and explained well. Picked me up right outside the airport and later dropped me back.

Great experience with this company, they were waiting for me when I came out of the airport terminal with my name on a peice of paper, took me straight to the car to sort out the paperwork, highly recommend.
Loved Garenta! They rescued me with a very low deposit and reasonable quotation for a two-week rental in Istanbul after the first company decided to try to charge me $1200 for a deposit. The employee at the airport counter was so kind, patient, and understanding when I had a panic attack due to the first rental company refusing to let me rent a car without the exorbitant deposit, and leaving me stranded in a country that I was not familiar with, a dead phone, and he also refused to take me back to the airport. Some guardian angels were looking out for me and steered me towards a restaurant across the street, and the owner had his son drop me off at the airport after he asked me to sit with them and enjoy a free meal on the house. I got back to the airport and the Garenta had the transaction set up and ready to go. I had some bank card issues because I was using these cards in Turkey, so it was flagged as suspicious activity by my bank. I forgot to notify them before leaving, so that was 100% my fault. He helped me get eveything sorted out with the bank, and I was on my way very ashortly after they released my funds. I would absolutely return to them directly for my next trip to Istanbul. The drop off attendant was also very nice, a gentleman, and very efficient. We had already reached the airport by the time that I remembered that I had left my luggage in the trunk of the rental car, lol. He didn| t even balk when I shared the bad news about needing to go back. He made sure that I got to the airport two and a half hours before my flight departed. They really made my trip so much better after these positive encounters with them. The car was super cute too. It was a little diesel Fiat and it had a sleek body style. It was easy to drive, and it got me everywhere I needed to go. Thanks again, Garenta! Great job hiring actual guardian angels; I am forever in your debt.
Istanbul airport is massive, so a little difficult locating vehicle location, but excellent service
