      I have one concern When I dropped the car off yesterday I was not given a receipt. The fellow told me that he would email it to me. I still haven’t received anything from Avis showing that I dropped the car off and everything was fine.

      The Avis rep went out in the pouring rain on a dark night, picked up our car and drove it to us. He was helpful and we tired travelers really appreciated this action.

      Not sure what happened with pricing. We tried to choose no extras and we inadvertently signed up for a program to allow us to drop the rental. So we paid about $215 for what other companies were charging about $100.. I called your company and they offered no help to fix this. I’ll never rent from you again. You screwed us. A little customer service would have brought me back to you.
