Our precooked car for some reason wasn’t available upon our arrival, so we had to take something slightly less desirable. However, the guys found the model we’d booked & delivered it to our accommodation the next day and gave a healthy discount to soften the disappointment. Sometimes things don’t work out as planned/expected, but can’t fault the company’s attitude and service in rectifying the issue. We’re happy.
Once I got to the front of the line, the agent was awesome. Very friendly and helpful . There were no more cars available via Dollar, but I got an upgrade to a brand new Volvo via Hertz.

The lady in the pick up zone was Friendly and fast. She kept me in the same size vehicle that I rented. When I told her what happened she said she will take care of this and she did. She is the reason that I will rent from you again.
