You guys Rock as. compared to others. I wish I could find drop off location at NewArk Airport area would be as good as you are.
The counter staff tried their best to accommodate me but they said a manager would not waive the $100 up charge to change to an alternate vehicle although they never bothered to find a manager and ask.

Hello, my name is Michael and I rented a car at thrifty at Newark airport. I just wanted to leave my review. I was a little skeptical at first I| ve read a few bad reviews so I wanted to leave mine. First of all I had no problem finding the rental agency. The associates at the airport were very helpful to point me in the right direction. The airport is under construction and the car rental is outside of the building that very convenient to get to. There was a little bit of a line. But they were the busiest of the three rental agencies there. I think it might have taken about 40 minutes before I got to a representative. When I return the car it was very quick, without any issues.
We could not be happier with how great the value was and how easy and wonderful the car rental turned out to be. Was not expecting it to be such a great experience. Would recommend 10/10.
I appreciate Kate’s that the lady who checked me in checked with her manager to run my card again. It was declined the first time because the bank was on a fraud alert. I called them and it was fine. I understand you have a policy to not run a card more than once but I think this should be revisited as foreign travelers like myself sometimes run into getting declined the first time if there’s a fraud issue . I really appreciated that the kind lady listened to me and checked with her manager. I don’t have another credit card so I would have been really messed up if not for that.

My rental went hazzle free from start to finish. I was issued a brand new vehicle with less than 1,000 miles. It was affordable.
It was a rough start, did not have the vehicle we rented, put us into another one that was damage, we had to wait and additional 3 hours to get another vehicle but overcome all that and enjoy my daughter wedding
i had to pay additional charges to upgrade my car type , but the upgrade was surely worth the extra money paid
Great service all round. Was offered a free upgrade car was great (Jeep Wrangler) could have been a bit cleaner but overall Excellent
