Fullsize Car Rental in USA Utah

I know there are a lot of bad reviews for this company, but I lucked out. Had a very short wait to pick up the car and the car ended up being almost brand new, less than 2,000 miles on it, customer service representative was very friendly. The only downside is that my flight was delayed so I could not pick up the vehicle after hours, but since I had prepaid, my rental was held and I picked it up the next day with no issues.

Make sure that you have the right drop off time because if you need to extend the time even by a few hours it costs as much as the total cost of rental. Other than that the service is great.

I had never heard of Easirwnt before- but their shuttle came quickly, and everyone there was friendly and quick. Since it wasn’t at the airport, it was very easy to drive to for return. I would definitely use them again.

My windshield cracked as soon as I drove off the lot. The staff confirmed it was not my fault and there was no charge. Jeep was great and even had a ski rack
