Midsize Car Rental in Finland

Very nice car and helpful staff (once at the desk!). We had a worrying 20 minutes when it appeared that nobody was around to give us our car. This could be partly down to the fact that our flight was delayed slightly.

Overall cooperation was perfect. I would welcome warning that the petrol station at the airport is clsed on Sundays untill 10 o´clock. I could not fill the tank as agreed in a contract.

On 23rd oct 24 I booked for 23rd Dec24. The system booked it for same day 23rd oct. It reset the dates keeping other search information same. I have requested a refund voucher to rebook for 23rd Dec. I have done lot of car rental booking from your company. This is a genuine mistake as I dint cross check the dates while paying. Please if you can process my refund request so I can book it for 23dec. I live in Brisbane Australia how could I use this booking same day. This is a 1 month tour for sweden denmark finland and Norway. Need 2 more car hire bookings.
