Surprisingly convenient process. The renting process was fluent, if a bit long. There was a bit of confusion when we went down to pick up the car from the car park - that cause quite a bit of a delay. But the rest of the dealings were quick and convenient, including drop off.

AutoUnion is the best rental company that I| ve have used. I come to Israel twice a year sometimes three times a year. There’s no problems receiving the deposit back they don’t make up fees like I have experienced with other car rental companies, communicate with you, they answer the phone if you call just a outstanding company
