After reading previous reviews we were sceptical but everything for us was great. We were picked up from the airport within 5 minutes of letting the rep know we were there. At first we were given quite an old car which we drove off in but within 5 minutes decided it did not feel or sound right, plus we were expecting a newer car from the booking. We turned around and took the car back and they had no problems changing it, which we were happy about. We took a video of the car on pick up which helped when returning as the manager suspected some marks weren| t there which we were able to prove were from the video. It took less than 5 minutes to hand back the car and be on our way back to the airport. Very pleased with the service
