      Fabulous customer service. I asked if Hertz rent cars equipped with a hitch and your representative upgraded us for free to a brand new Volvo XC40 with a hitch. She was also very service minded and professional so I say promote that girl already. I will have to give Hertz a second look from now on when renting cars.
