Very helpful counter staff member who did not try to oversell additional insurance using scaremongering tactics and even offered, which I accepted, an upgrade. Everything went perfectly. Even allowed free return to the Airport instead of the pick-up location which saved the taxi fare to the airport on the last day with rental counter located conveniently in the car park attached to the terminal building (options for T1 & T3 at DXB).

The hiring of the vehicle went very smoothly. The pickup of the car was swift and so for the return. The car provided was different from what I selected but it was a better type. It was very clean and virtually new with low milage. With 7 people in it, it was very comfortable and spacious
