The manager at the facility Juan Capo was very helpful. The first vehicle had some issue i wasn’t sure about the vehicle he test drove it and confirmed something was wrong and took the vehicle and switched it out. I was very pleased that i found him there. The change was smooth with no difficult or other charges. I’m very pleased with the service he even recognized me after 2 weeks when i returned the vehicle.

Got to the airport very early night flight. Went to the dollar desk nobody in sight. Tried the Kiosk did not work could not find my reservation. Finally, a man came and said the desk agent was coming in which he did and then all worked out fine Agen was very customer friendly. Turn in was very easy.
I left my personal keys on the key chain with the rental car and left them, they called soon after and I retrieved them.
