I picked up the car the night before I was driving home to Sanford, FL from Pensacola. The first car that I picked up had a terrible vibration when I got out on the road. It was as if a tire was seriously out of balance/alignment. I was very concerned about the safety of driving, especially alone in that vehicle. I called to see if it would be possible to exchange cars the next morning and was assured that it would be taken care of. When I arrived to make the exchange, it was very quick and easy. The Avis/Budget representative was extremely pleasant and helpful. Replacement car was perfect! Thank you for your professionalism and welcoming customer service!
