      They were short of cars when I picked up but still had a vehicle as booked. Some others that had booked within 24 hours were being turned away.

      Although I had booked a Corolla I received a Kia Forte which I consider a downgrade. Overall renting experience however was OK, pickup time reasonable, drop-off time less than 5 minutes.
