The person who helped up when we arrived at midnight was wonderful - wish I would have gotten his name. He literally saved our night. The drop off person was wonderful as well - his name began with an ""N"" (he gave me his card but I lost it)

It was graduation weekend and every car rental was over $200 more expensive that Economy Bookings. It was simple. Also I had booked before but my trip cancelled. It was so easy to cancel that reservation. Simple. Economy booking will be my go to on my enect trip.

The agent on the desk was very professional and really helpful. I required a GPS and the car I had booked did not have one. He rather than indicating spent a lot of time and effort with phone calls to locate one for me,

I didn| t get the mazda that was pictured, I got a kia. It was a very nice car but i had hoped for the mazda to see if i liked it enough to buy. The Kia served the purpose and was good on gas.

Thrifty Car Rental was ausume. The vehicle we request was a Jeep Wrangler and it was there and ready with less than 400 miles on it. When we returned to the airport, an employee drove us to the terminal, so we didn| t have to unload our lugage and walk to the terminal.
