Excellent service I felt the attendant was over-worked., She was dealing with3 companies. Where as the other competitor customer service representative only had to deal with one company. We’re resting taking it easy.

I had read some negative reviews so I was unsure if I should book with Dollar, but I went ahead because the price was much better than other companies. Everything at the Jackson, MS airport counter went very quickly, smoothly and without any attempts to upsell or bring any unwarranted charges. The car was very nice and new. When I picked up the car, I took pictures of some small marks, nicks in the paint, etc. to be on the safe side, and when I returned the car, I asked that the car be checked over while I was still there. The woman at the car return was friendly, looked it over and said everything looked good. After that, I made sure to get a receipt at the main counter, which also went smoothly, so I have no complaints and would rent from them again.
