I got a nice rental car at a nice price everything worked out as expected.... They were absolutely no glitches went well.
Overall good due to Thrifty, but likely not use Economy Booking again. Some notes that cast a shadow: -price went up a few dollars from chosen package to checkout. No explanation. -confirmed by phone I would get a AAA discount when I picked up the car. Thrifty said that was not so. Called economy booking. Was told the exact opposite of what was confirmed by phone when booking. -did not receive the email (in spam folder or otherwise) where to check in or have the code needed by the time I arrived in Manchester for pick up. However when called for info was given wonderful help. -car selected not available at first. Luckily one appeared washed and ready. I know it is a bit of luck to get the car selected, but glad I was not in an SUV. -not it looks like the website wont accept my honest review. Guess I put something in the neg box!
My car was vandalized (tires slashed), during my rental Thrifty replaced car immediately. Repair was done for a very reasonable cost, $450 for 3 tires.
The car and rental experience was all positive. The Thirty rental agent did not explain how to use the navigational screen, the radio, nor the music from the smart phone. The Thrifty agent did not explain how to convert the map to kmpr. This left us in a problem when we traveled to Nova Scotia. The car ran very efficiently.
