Very positive experience all told. Picked up the car at Newark, dropped it at Dulles. We had opted to include a daily toll charge on our hire agreement, but only used it once. At Dulles the balance of this charge, this was dealt with by a very pleasant and professional member of staff, capping off a highly satisfying experience. For these reasons I| m happy to recommend Thrifty to anyone travelling to the US!
