The entire experience was excellent. The only reason it took so long to get the vehicle was that they were having computer issues and were required to restart their system. It happens. It was nobody| s fault and I didn| t mind waiting.

The thrifty desk inside the airport was closed, and there was no sign, directing us to go to the Hertz desk so we did experience difficulty and locating them finding our car. But the drop off went very smoothly.
