Everything went perfect. If the company from which you rent the car don| t have a desk at the airport, on your arrival you have to call them to the phone number mentioned on the voucher to come and find you.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when we rented the car, it was clean and fueled ready to go. When returning the car I dropped my passport and some money down the side of the seat without noticing it. Two days later I called them and they found it in the car for me. They held for 7 days for me until I could return and pick it up and everything was there. That saved my trip!

I rented a small car for a few days, got a really nice one, different make, same class but in my opinion better than I signed up for. Paperwork was done quickly and guys at Zagreb airport were very quick and professional. The same person worked when I gave car back and he was really nice, polite and even sorted out car return few minutes before actual office opening times. I will definitely use their service again.
