Friendly customer service, straightforward paperwork. The car was upgraded to a more powerful engine, which is great but was an older car with a lot of mileage. Nothing wrong with it though.

Unfortunately our flight was cancelled due to the Air traffic control failure. I rang the car hire company direct to extend the hire period. Out of pocket by over £300.00 now but they were very helpful to extend the hire for me.

A very quick and simple service with very helpful staff. The only negative is the same as most rentals where it was necessary to take out an extra insurance cover due to a massive excess in the event of anything, including no-fault incidents such as a windscreen chip. It certainly wasn| t cheap for a short trip but it was easy and there were no claims of damage (there wasn| t any) but since we dropped the keys off after hours, you hear some horror stories of claims of damage that you aren| t there to dispute. If you| re happy with the price I| d recommend.
