The whole experience of hiring a car was simple with no problems. The staff were friendly and most helpful.
I inquired about a sat-nav and was told the car didn’t have one, but the gentleman gave me a Garmin. That didn’t work well at all, then I figured out how to work the system that was in the car! Also, had a flat tire on the highway and the service was quick and the young man was really nice.
My only complaint is that I caused minor damage to the rear bumper, scratched a wall! I am still waiting for an invoice from Avis budget , even though they billed me £ 538.57 on the day I returned the car, 9 days later I am still waiting for the invoice, I have emailed and requested.
I’m always wary of off airport rentals but the price was excellent when I booked so went with it and everything went perfectly with zero issues on either end. Would use again.

Fast and Friendly staff. Car was in good condition. Drop off was easy. Shuttle service is fast and reliable.
The office is not in the airport. You have to take a shuttle to pick up your car. Scratches are visually checked by an Easyrent representative, which is reassuring. The car was impeccable.
