when I arrived I was met by Sumera who provided outstanding customer service. When I explained that I was urgently visiting poorly, elderly relatives and I did not know what I was going to find. In the end, I needed to extend my stay by two days and Sumera did everything she could to help me. Easy to book, pick up fairly easy, excess waiver is worth getting at time of booking
Read lots of horror stories about renting cars in Malta so went with Hertz for peace of mind - and I had no issues. The car was incredibly good value for money and used very little fuel so worked out WAY cheaper than taxis. I have my own annual excess insurance which meant I didn| t have to pay the daily excess cover. Would definitely use Hertz Malta again.

Excellent communication,very easy to find rental company and car was all ready to drive away once the terms and conditions had been signed. I would recommend going through the terms and conditions which are sent via email a few days before your car hire to ensure a quicker departure to your destination.
Great car, good value. The car was very clean inside and out. It had a few scuffs on the bodywork, but nothing major. Overall we had a good experience and would definitely recommend.
