      The staff were so friendly and relaxed. (Not a single mention of trying to up sell you anything.) This I discovered was a trait of the Omani people. They exude peace. It was an easy and smooth pick up and drop off. Perfect.

      Really pleasant experience and fantastic staff. Was met by Abdullah Al Zadjali who gave us an upgrade and kindly came and completed the check personally and made sure everything was all perfect. The return process was very smooth and once again met by a pleasant staff member Al-Mokhaini who made the return process seemless which was a great change from some of the offices in other countries. My experience with Enterprise Muscat has been fantastic. Hope to use them again
