Not the most convenient being that it| s not located on the airport and you need a phone to call local Portuguese number for a pickup. They also did not provide the car that I reserved. They claim the car was an upgrade but it didn| t seem like that to me (booked FIAT Panda received Toyota Yaris). Other than that, the service was great, the drop off was smooth. If your not connected (phone plan) it may be harder but if you get a sim card at the airport or upgrade your phone plan, you| ll be ok.
