Rented through Booking (Economy). The guy from the agency promised to wait for me at the airport exit. He didn’t wait and instead sent me directions. We got lost for a while before we finally arrived. Then he drove us to the hotel where the car assigned to us was parked. The whole procedure was done on the hotel balcony. The guy was nice, the car was excellent and new, but he forbade me from driving on dirt roads! Very strange, since I rented a Dacia Duster — a high-clearance vehicle — specifically for that purpose. My friend, who rented the same car from the same agency a day earlier (but in the city, not at the airport), wasn’t given such a restriction. In short, I got what I ordered and everything went smoothly, but in principle, I don’t like it when an office operates out on the street.

Final Rentals משרד חברת ההשכרה נמצא ממש בכניסה לטרמינל צוות חברת ההשכרה קיבל אותנו יפה מאד מנהל הסניף נתן הסברים מפורטים והציע שדרוג לרכב עם הנעה על כל הגלגלים עקב מזג האויר השדרוג נעשה בתוספת תשלום סבירה ביחס לרכב שהתקבל ניתנה לנו אפשרות להגיע למגרש החנייה של הרכבים ולבחור מספר חלופות לרכב שהזמנו הוספנו במקום ביטוח מלא לרכב קבלת הרכב והחתימה על החוזה הייתה מהירה, פשוטה מאד וכללה הסבר מפורט של מנהל הסניף. גם בעת החזרה למרות פגיעה קלה ברכב, זיכוי הרכב עקב תשלום על ביטוח מלא היה מהיר מאד עם חיוך רחב ותודות אין ספק שאמליץ על חברת ההשכרה והצוות של החברה בשדה התעופה של טירנה. תודה רבה
