Perfectly professional company with quick customer response time and very friendly. The car was not in perfect cosmetic condition at pickup but that was fine for us: we planned to do backroad adventures in Patagonia anyway. Having read very negative reviews on economybookings.com I was nervous about the hire. But given the hire rate was substantially less than going direct with Hertz (not sure how that works?) I decided to chance it. Everything went smoothly so my reluctance was unfounded.
